Margiela Artisanal, Valentino Menswear Return To Paris Fashion Week
The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, which is the organizing body of Paris Fashion Week, has released all the provisional calendars for the menswear in January and the haute couture weeks.
During the menswear week, which will be running from January 21st, both Balmain and Valentino plan to stage different stage shows for Paris for the very first time since 2020.
“New names on the docket include shows for Auralee, Winnie, Ziuggi and presentations by Karu Research, Meta Campania Collective, and Ouest France. Saint Laurent and Celine are absent, though both tend to pop on and off the calendar (sometimes skipping menswear seasons or opting for an off-piste presentation or video.)”
The haute couture stage shows will run from 22 to 25 January and is going to witness the comeback of Maison Margiela’s Artisanal line by John Galliano, which has not been there on the runway since shifting mainly to a video format in 2020.
In addition to the mega brands of the week, which include Chanel, Dior, and Valentino, the show will have its first presentation of the season from guest attendee Peet Dullaert and the return of yet another significant former guest, Robert Wun.
