About MasaSushi
Masa means graceful and elegant. This popular restaurant boasts a very contemporary American decoration with splashes of Japanese flavor all over. Not just the decoration, the place combines the traditional Japanese recipe with the conventional American culinary arts. Their menu combines the best of both cultures to bring out something very exquisite in taste, flavor, and smell.
ShiXin Zhou founded a restaurant in the US in 1994 and founded his first restaurant in 2000. The founder believes that a blend of both American and Asian culinary arts can be a perfect match for a great plate of food served on the table.
He speaks from his years of experience as a Sushi safe. He has been doing it for almost 30 years, and the result of his experience is Masa. However, he sold the restaurant in 2004.
